In order to verify safety training completed with providers other than ABCST, send copies of training certificates or cards (front and back) with your completed forms. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Workers and supervisors whose Site Safety Training (SST) cards expire in 2023 must complete site safety training refresher courses before they can renew their cards. Refresher training must be taken no more than one year before applying for card renewal.
